Our collection of more than 100 fragrances is unparalleled in the industry, and our team of scent experts will help you blend fragrances together to create a truly custom scent that is unique to your brand. This process can be done in person in our retail shops in Columbus, Ohio and Indianapolis, or remotely via scent samples mailed to you. The range of wholesale candle scents that we have available will give you the freedom to create a fragrance blend that represents your business exactly as you envision.

We strive to keep the process efficient and straightforward for customers. You’ll work directly with our wholesale program manager to discuss your vision and create your custom private label candle, moving as quickly or slowly as needed for your company and project. Pricing and options are provided upfront, with no hidden costs.

We keep our most popular vessels in stock in a variety of colors, allowing you to create a custom candle in as little as three weeks. If our stock options do not fully meet your brand’s vision, we have established relationships with a number of vendors and can work with you to source other vessels as needed. Our vast scent collection and unique vessel selection provides you with unlimited opportunities for your bulk or wholesale candles.

Our custom labeling is offered for both the front and bottom of your candle vessel, with professional printing and application included. You can choose to simply brand your private label candle with your logo, or you can design something more enhanced if you would like to take it up a notch! And for those who really want to stand out, you can even have your vessel custom painted and printed by our preferred vendor if your budget and timeline allows.

If you are lucky enough to live near one of our shopis, we'd love to host you for an in-person scent consultation. You'll work one-on-one with one of our Scent Experts, who will walk you through the process of creating your own custom-scented candles that best capture your desired scent vibe. You will create ~3 custom scent blends, which you can then take home to test burn before making any decisions. The process takes about 60-90 minutes in the shop, and then two hours for the candles to cure. We recommend only key decision makers attend the scent consultation — with a maximum of four guests — so you don't have a "too many noses in the kitchen" type situation.

If you don't live near one of our shops, not to worry — you can still create a custom scent! We have years of experience developing custom scents through snail mail. This process works best if you have a clear idea of what type of scent you are envisioning — the more specific, the better. We'll then use our expertise to create 3-5 sample candles, which we'll ship to you for test burning. Hopefully we'll nail the perfect custom scent the first time, but if not, no problem — we are happy to ship a second round of samples at no additional cost. We want you to love your custom scent!
